Each group of hunters should have a group leader. Hunters can be billed as a group to simplify the process. If this isn’t possible hunters can be billed individually.
The group leader or individual hunter will be sent an invoice via email or text message using a secure application. Hunters will pay the minimum 50% non-refundable deposit fee or pay in full if they choose to do so. Uncollected dues will be paid before each hunt.
That’s it. You’re booking process should be complete.

*Hunt success is not guaranteed. Hunting success is based upon many factors such as weather, hatch success, migration timing, etc. Many days the skies are filled with birds in every direction and hunters can expect to harvest limits or large numbers of birds nearing 100 geese. Some days because of bad conditions or slow bird flight hunters may harvest little to no birds.
*Please tip your guides. They can’t control how the birds will react or fly but can be sure to have your field transportation, blinds, decoys, and other gear and services in great shape for your hunting success.
What To Bring?
To ensure a successful and enjoyable hunting experience, we recommend that all hunters prepare the following essential gear and supplies:
- We recommend all duck hunters bring hip or chest waders
- We recommend all snow goose hunters bring knee boots
- Steel Shot size either BB,1,2, or 3
- Waterproof Jacket or Coat
- Cooler for transporting harvested waterfowl
- Sharp cleaning knife
- Plenty of Snacks and Drinks (No Alcohol while hunting)
- Packed Lunches if you don’t plan on going to lunch
- White Hoodie and Hat if you’re hunting with our feed crew
- Headlamp
- Portable Phone Charger
- Hearing Protection
- Minimum 3 boxes of shells per hunter
- Cash to tip your guide
